Terms of Service

PAYMENT ||
Payment is taken upfront, in USD, with a minimum deposit of 50%.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE ||
As the artist I retain the rights to the artwork as following:
To promote myself in any place or site.
To publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
To post the work wherever I want.
For private commissions that restrict these rights, there is an additional 50% charge on top of the estimate.
For commercial rights to the artwork is a 300% charge on top of the estimate.
CHANGE POLICY ||
After purchase, the customer is allowed to make up to three major changes. Any more than three incurs a fee.
THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS ||
To use the artwork for personal use only (unless agreed otherwise).
To print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
To use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
* The customer assumes responsibility for the safe display of the artwork around others (especially with adult themes).COMMISSION NOTES ||
As the artist I reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
Refunds will be given in full at the following intervals ONLY IF I cannot deliver the final piece, starting from the date the sketch is agreed upon:
12 to 16 weeks per artwork.
Or as otherwise agreed upon at purchase.COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT ||
Includes:
Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Profiting off of the artwork in any way.)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any signatures from the artwork.
And altering the artwork (to claim ownership) without my, the artist's, consent.
